A Personal Mission Turned Into A Movement
Losing my mum to cancer changed everything. It sparked a mission — to help others live stronger, healthier lives and avoid the pain of preventable illness.
I began with zarasmalley.com, built on the simple belief that movement and nutrition can transform how we live and feel. After a decade of training clients, I discovered that true wellness is more than workouts and clean eating — it’s the balance of body, mind, and community.
That realisation inspired Health Project — a holistic wellness experience designed to empower people to move better, feel better, and live fully.
